We'll meet at the appointed hour of 8 pm London time at ESSA - Stockholm Arlanda Airport. We'll be flying WWI Aircraft/Biplanes/Triplanes or if one prefers, the speeds will be in the range of 110 KIAS so you can bring a chopper and pick up the pieces. The idea is to tour various airports around Stockholm and show off our aerobatics and ACM moves - low and fast, rolls, loops, chase, etc as we pass the airports and observe the cool scenery.
So far the first half will be: Start at ESSA and then do tricks at ESSN, ESSB, and take our break at ESKB. After refresh and refuel we will fly to ESSU, and ESSX for more tricks and stunts before ending the evening at ESOW - Stockholm Västerås Airport.
It's been a while, but tonight's flight had me really tempted (WWI birds + Sweden, yum!). Unfortunately my PC has decided that it doesn't want to run FG anymore: I get a hard reboot after 5-10min of flying
However, before I realized that I fixed several issues with the planes package:
There's an extra "f" in the path for startup.wav in all planes,
In the Dr1:
The textures "fokker1_T.png" and "fokker2_T.png" have randomly a capital "F" or a lower case "f" in the file name and in the XML → several liveries don't work.
There's an "Albatros" among the splash screens.
In the SPAD:
The pilot texture is named "pilot2.png" in the model, but the file is named "PILOT2.png".
There's an extra "l" in "daVinci_SPAD/Splashscreen/daVinci_SPADl-2.jpg".
For the linux users I'm attaching a patch, which you can apply with the following command:
